The Oracle Retail Central Office (ORCO) 13.1.x application takes a long time to retrieve transactions using Transaction Tracker. In addition, when selecting certain transactions to view details then returning to the transaction list, the system again takes the same amount of time. This implies that ORCO is applying the same search criteria again during navigation.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Search Transaction Tracker for a result with more than 100 entries. The following error is generated: "There are too many possible matches to display".
- Search Transaction Tracker for a result with less than 100 entries. This process takes a long time, about 30 seconds.
- Click on a transaction and check its details.
- Click Done to go back to the transactions list window. Note that the system takes the same amount of time (about 30 seconds) to return to the previous list. It appears that the application is (unnecessarily) performing the same search again and re-loading all the data.
