Incorrect Due Dates Set For PMDA Reports

Symptoms
The PMDA report was scheduled automatically but the incorrect due date is set and the date is calculated base on the Japan initial receipt date.
Note:
The case was routed from the global user(workflow) and the report was generated before routing the case to Japan user.
Scenario:
1. The following dates have been set in the case
Initial Receipt Date : 26-APR-2012
Initial Receipt Date (J) : 07-MAY-2012
2. The global user unlock the case. Enter the follow-up information and locked the case.
The follow-up received date (aware date) is set as 07-JUN-2014.
3. PMDA report has been scheduled automatically
The Japan Aware Date is still as 07-MAY-2012 so the report due date is calculated based on this aware date.
4. Argus-J user unlock the case and enter the Japan follow-up received date as "11-JUN-2014".
At this time, Japan aware date was changed to 11-JUN-2014 from 07-MAY-2012.
