A Facet Is Not Displayed Within InfoCenter So Users Are Unable To Filter Search Results

Facets are labels that are tagged to certains documents so that users can filter the search results to articles with certain charateristics or tags or facets. There are many possible facets in Oracle Knowledge which can be customized. OOB there are Languages, Document type, Collection, IM characteristics, etc that can be seen within InfoCenter as filters. There can be a number of reasons that a facet is not being displayed within InfoCenter.
