Report Queue Manager - "This page can't be displayed" When Viewing Logs (Doc ID 1915153.1)

Goal

On the Reports Queue Manager page, the Job Details icons do not resolve to valid URLs if HTTPS has been configured.  The URLs are instead being returned as HTTP which causes a "This page can't be displayed" error.
