Is it standard functionality that ASCP populates all records of OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL table into OE_ODR_LINES_SN snapshot table?

We have around 13 Million records in OE_ODR_LINES_SN snapshot table. Is this a standard functionality that ASCP populates all records of oe_order_lines_all table into OE_ODR_LINES_SN snapshot table?
