Error " Please contact your System Administrator" displays when unlocking the case

On v126.96.36.199, the new function has been implemented regarding case unlock
and there is new profile switch "SQL to prevent case unlock when reports are pending generation" under
- Argus console
- System configuration
- Common Profile
- Case Processing.
The custom SQL has been configured in this field.
When trying to unlock the case on v188.8.131.52, the following error may displays.
Case is currently locked for report generation.
Error occurred. Please contact your System Administrator.
1. Open the case
2. Unlock the case on activities tab
3. The following dialog displays
Case is currently locked for report generation. You can unlock the case for further modification by entering your password and notes.
4. Enter the password and press OK
