ATP Inquiry Form Not Showing Constraints In Pegging Details (Doc ID 1915722.1)

Goal

We would like to see Constraints reported in the ATP details when using:
1. ATP Inquiry
AND
2. When having the profile MSC: Use Enhanced Forward ATP - Yes

Currently, the ATP details screen does not report constraints in the pegging lines when you have MSC: Use Enhanced Forward ATP - Yes

It requires that you set /Tools/Diagnostic ATP box, then perform the ATP inquiry.
