Receiving Error 'ORA-12899: Value Too Large for Column' When Creating Vendor Funded Clearance for a Partner With a Long Name

The data length for SUP_NAME and PARTNER_NAME is varchar2(240) in the Retail Merchandising System (RMS) database, but it is only varchar2(50) in the related Retail Price Management (RPM) table RPM_PC_REC_GTT for column 'PARTNER_NAME'.
This results in the following error while creating a Vendor Funded clearance in RPM for a partner with a name that is more than 50 characters long:
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Vendor Funded Markdown (VFM) deal in RMS for a partner that has a name with more than 50 characters.
- Create a VFM clearance in RPM for this same partner and note the error encountered.
