Supplier Information Disappears From Cost Change Form in RMS

We find that when a user performs a cost change in Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x and then cancels out of the Location form, any data values already input for supplier and supplier site have disappeared.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Cost Change form and create a new cost change.
  2. Click "Location" button at the bottom of the form.  Perform no operation in this form; just click the "Cancel" button.
  3. Note that the Supplier and Supplier Site values in the main form have disappeared.
