In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, we find that the batch program TAXDNLD (Tax Download) skips FDETL lines if taxes were updated/created for the same item, but with different stores.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a new item and assign it to 3-4 stores.  Define required taxes (ICMS, ST, PIS, COFINS).
  2. Ensure that no other items exist in table POS_MODS_TAX_INFO with the same effective date.
  3. Run batch taxdnld.pc.
  4. Check the output file.  Note that only 1 FDETL line exists, and under it all FTAX lines are listed (for different locations).
