Unlocking Archived Case Using Lock Icon Is Not Possible In Version 7 and Above Of Argus Safety

Goal

Why can users no longer unlock Closed cases using the unlock icon?  While a case was open, clicking on this icon used to unlock the case but now only works for Locked cases.  Closed cases present the following error when the unlock icon is clicked and the user must use the Activities tab to actually unlock the case:

  

Case is opened in read only mode and cannot be locked/unlocked
