RSI Message Delayed Reaching MCP By ASYNC_INTERVAL (Doc ID 1917076.1)

Symptoms

A customer has implemented functionality to get an Asynchronous message from External System, which calls a server side script CM-ServerGet via XAI Inbound Service. From the logs we see that Server side script execute in 1 second and RSI is invoked but this RSI message is very delayed getting to the Handheld device. Also, the MCP Side Script executes in 2 sec and we get a pop-up message. The delay of RSI from Server to MCP is about 1 minute and causes a performance issue.
