You are installing Endeca 11.1 via an integration with CAS.

You are attempting to use /ToolsAndFrameworks/11.1.0/reference/discover-data-catalog-integration mentioned in Deployment Template Module for Product Catalog Integration User’s Guide for 11.1, however this deployment template doesn't exist in the 11.1 installation for Tools and Frameworks.
