On : 10.13.3.4 version, Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the 'calculatePremium’ business service , the discount is not calculated.
If the (discountClauseDescription) clause was missing from the ‘calculatePremium’ xml request, then the discount would not be calculated.

Ex:

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When using the 'calculatePremium’ business service , the discount is calculated.
If the  (discountClauseDescription) clause was missing from the ‘calculatePremium’ xml request, the discount should be calculated.
The element was not listed as a mandatory parameter in the M3303 theme description for the ‘calculatePremium’ business service.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Clause ex: KV4 with the percentage of -50
2. Use the following sample xml without specifying the d parameter.
