Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On EDD plan, Processing lead time in item attribute differently for the two organizations, Org1, Org2. But Org1 Processing lead time is used for Org2 planned order.

Item:ITEM_A
Org=Org1 ,Processing LT=60
Org=Org2 ,Processing LT=5

On Plan result, planned order is created for org:Org2 but it is scheduled with Processing LT 60, which is defined for Org1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Processing Lead time for a buy item.
Org=Org1 ,Processing LT=60
Org=Org2 ,Processing LT=5


2.Run Data Collection and Plan.

Invalid Suggested Order date is set for Org2 planned order.
