"Unable to Resolve Typetitle" or "Unable to resolve TypeName" Errors When Synchronizing Data to P6 using Primavera Gateway

When attempting to synchronize data from another provider to Primavera P6 via Primavera Gateway the process fails with errors such as the following:
Unable to resolve TypeName: Sap_Company_Code
Unable to resolve TypeTitle: Sap_Project_User_Status.
*Unable to resolve TypeTitle: Sap_Project_User_Status.
*Unable to resolve TypeTitle: Sap_Plant_Id.
*Unable to resolve TypeTitle: Sap_Project_System_Status
