RPAS Fusion Client: Login Using Google Chrome Intermittently Fails

When logging in to the Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client using the Google Chrome browser, login fails intermittently with no error message. The login is ignored, the fields go blank, and the next login attempt succeeds.
