Some of the CDRs being sent to suspense result in the error code ERR_RATEPLAN_NOT_FOUND being thrown. As per the documentation this is due to the invalid rate plan. However, the rate plan configuration is proper and the rate plan in the subscriber's profile is properly configured.
What are the various possible reasons because of which a CDR is suspended with this error (ERR_RATEPLAN_NOT_FOUND) and what are the tables from which the rate plan of the subscriber is populated?
