RMS - Manual Ticketing Enhancement

Applies to:Oracle Retail Merchandising System - Version 13.2.6 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
User should be allowed to choose a printer to print tickets if there is more than one printer available in a given location. Currently RMS does not support this functionality
1. Log into RMS application and open Request Manual Ticketing form.
2. Observe that there is no option to choose printer of choice.
