A933 : Cannot See Statuses In Workflow Without CS Privilege (Doc ID 1918148.1)

Symptoms


User without CS To/From including Hold and Cancel status cannot see these two statuses on Workflow tab

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In JC, Admin, user does not have the CS privileges for all WF status
2. Open a change within the WF as set up in step 1 and select workflow tab
3. The statuses for which user does not have CS privileges are not listed
