Symptoms

On : 7.3.1.5 version, LoadData

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer have defined a integration Interface with Purge Option : Override, All Dates Without New Data
When reloading data for a given combination for few buckets, it does not delete the old data Within Profile's Time Range

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Data to be null out for the dates that are not in staging table

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. defined a integration Interface with Purge Option : Override, All Dates Without New Dat
2. load data into staging table
3. load data from staging table into sales_data
4. check data loaded into sales_data table
5. remove few rows from staging table
6. load data from staging table into sales_data
7. check data loaded into sales_data table

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load data as per their expectations
