Tax Value Is Incorrect When a Tax Override With Percentage Is Performed (Doc ID 1918572.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, the tax value is incorrect when a Tax Override with percentage is performed.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to POS.
  2. Ring an item for $11 and do a Tax Override by percentage.
  3. Click Transaction/F5.
  4. Click Tax/F2.
  5. Click Override %/ F2.
  6. Enter the Override Tax%=7.5 and give any reason code.
  7. Click Next and tender with cash.
  8. Note the tax value printed on the receipt.  In the example, the correct value should be rounded up to $0.83 (from $0.825).
