Tax Value Is Incorrect When a Tax Override With Percentage Is Performed

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 13.4.x, the tax value is incorrect when a Tax Override with percentage is performed.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to POS.
- Ring an item for $11 and do a Tax Override by percentage.
- Click Transaction/F5.
- Click Tax/F2.
- Click Override %/ F2.
- Enter the Override Tax%=7.5 and give any reason code.
- Click Next and tender with cash.
- Note the tax value printed on the receipt. In the example, the correct value should be rounded up to $0.83 (from $0.825).
