ASAP Is Not Processing Any Orders, 'ORA-12505' Error Appeared in JNEP diag file (Doc ID 1919096.1)

Symptoms

All orders are in '103' state and SQL Exception is thrown in JNEP diag file as below:

Changes

 Customer changed the database host name but they forgot to update the ASAP.properties file with new database host name.
