ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In EDD Plan, set a manual MDS or MDS loading Sales Order and perform ASCP. The demand sugg due date is being set to day before plan start date 23:59.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In EDD Plan, when setting demand data such as manual MDS or MDS loading Sales Order and perform ASCP, sugg due date for the demand should be set to the desired date set on the mds form.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set a MDS (manual MDS or MDS loading Sales Order)
2. Perform data collection
