Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , when attempting to suspend a transaction in training mode , the transaction is sent to the QueueException folder with the following error.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Login into Point Of Service (POS) application in training mode.
2. Scan an item on Sell Item screen.
3. Suspend the transaction.
4. Suspend transaction is not saved in database.
