Symptoms

On : Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor (ETCG) version 8.6.5.100
Oracle Enterprise Transaction Controls Governor (ETCG) evaluates transaction risk in Oracle E-Business Suite and PeopleSoft Enterprise. One of the The Transaction(TCG) controls upgraded from the 8.6.4 version is failing when the control analysis job is run. Other controls are working as expected.

1. Run the control analysis on the control "BTP1: Create & Maintain Suppliers vs. All Sensitive Buy to Pay Transactions-PGS"
2. the program errors with the error mentioned above
