LTP field is prohibited on an Access Service Request orders while ordering DNAL Switched Access Facility circuits with request type as 'S'.
The REQTYP value of 'S' indicates it can be used for DNAL Switched Facility circuit. If a switched access facility is ordered via an "ASR" and the REQTYP value is 'S', the ILECs require the LTP field to be set. The application is NOT following the ASOG rules as stated in this instance.
