Deploying Network Integrity Cartridge While Performing Scan (Doc ID 1920495.1)

While running a scan and deploying a cartridge simultaneously, the Network Integrity application became inaccessible. A weblogic restart did not remedy the situation.  The log files contained many errors and exceptions.
