'The server has encountered a problem' Error When Navigating To Capacity Contractor Tab On the CDI (Doc ID 1920503.1)

Symptoms

Error received when accessing the "Capacity Contractor" tab on the CDI.

- When tab is selected, error presented "The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed. Please try again."
- When the user clicks "OK" on this error, he is able to search on the page by "activities". However, when the user searches by "hours" the same error is presented.
