Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer is using Organization Receiving Calendar but suggested doc date of a planned order is set to non-working day.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Suggested Doc Date is placed to Working day on Organization Receiving Calendar.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Assign Organization Receiving Calendar using the following note;
    NOTE:730061.1 - How To Setup Supplier Delivery Calendar - Organization Receiving Calendar In Versions 11.5.10.2 and Above

2. Review non working day on the calender.
   Calendar:RCV-CAL
   April 25,26,27,28 are non working date.

3. Run Data Collection.

4. Run EDD Plan

5.Review Planned Order for buy items on Planning Workbench
   Planned order refers the defined Organization Receiving calendar, but its suggested Dock date is set to non working date "28-APR-2014".

BUSINESS IMPACT

After releasing planned orders from ASCP, PO need by date is set unexpectedly.
