When Editing/Viewing a Return to Vendor (RTV), Clicking "OK" Displays a Non-Editable Blank RTV (Doc ID 1920879.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, when clicking the 'OK' button on the [rtvfind] form under View/Edit options, the RTV form is displayed dimmed/disabled.  It is expected that the 'OK' button will be associated only with the 'New' action in the [rtvfind] form.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to RMS.
  2. Navigate to Inventory -> Return to Vendor.
  3. From the 'Action' dropdown, select 'New'.  Do not click "OK".
  4. Change 'New' to be 'Edit/View'.
  5. Click 'OK'.
  6. Note that the RTV form is displayed blank and dimmed with no data.
