Rolling Profiles : Archive Forecast Process Fails When Rolling Data Is Set To Forecast Only (Doc ID 1920951.1)

Goal

Customer is on version 7.3.1 and are trying to run the execute profiles, but when the Source Period is set to 'Forecast', Archive forecast process is failing with the error that procedure 'Rolling Updates' is invalid.

Error does not appear when they archive for 'History & Forecast' period.

They are using the Source series as Baseline forecast which is a seeded series with no changes to the series definition. The server expression of the said series is the seeded

sum(nvl(branch_data.sim_val_1,#FORE@0#*1)*#UNIT#)

The run the profiles from the Business Modeler

The error that they get is:

6550 ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00905: object ROLLING_UPDATES is invalid
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored Error in PROCEDURE EXECUTE_PROFILES line 2664

dynamic_ddl( 'BEGIN ROLLING_UPDATES; END;')

When they try to compile the procedure ROLLING_UPDATES, it fails with

187/4 PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
190/38 PL/SQL: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
190/51 PLS-00049: bad bind variable '00'
190/54 PLS-00049: bad bind variable '00'


Error is pointing to the problematic sql.


UPDATE sales_data t
SET week1_forecast = nvl(t.sim_val_1,fore_4*1)*1
WHERE 1 = 1
AND sales_date > ''02-01-2014 00:00:00'';

It has Double quotes and also without Date format.
