Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.6, the Store screen throws the following error if the 'Cancel' button is pressed after entering some information for a new store:


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Action -> Organization Hierarchy.
  2. Store -> New.
  3. Enter some store information.
  4. Click 'Cancel' and note the "Cannot Insert NULL" error.
