'ORA-01400: Cannot Insert NULL' Error Thrown in Store Screen When Cancel Button Is Pressed After Entering Data for a New Store

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.6, the Store screen throws the following error if the 'Cancel' button is pressed after entering some information for a new store:
Steps to Reproduce:
- Action -> Organization Hierarchy.
- Store -> New.
- Enter some store information.
- Click 'Cancel' and note the "Cannot Insert NULL" error.
