Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version, Worksheet

When an user is attempting to open an worksheet,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 ODPM-10074: You do not have proper rights to see the members of the worksheet filter. User: xxx, Query: yyy

In collaborator.log file you can see:

ODPM-70301: Error: Cant Find Members For Filter. (Query Id: {0}, Level Id: {1})
followed by
ODPM-10074: You do not have proper rights to see the members of the worksheet filter. User: xxx, Query: yyy

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into Collaborator Workbench as a specific user
2. try to open an worksheet
3. get error
