Symptoms
When renaming mail folders the new name may not be encoded correctly before presentation which can result in the incorrect display of characters or even parts of the name not appearing. The display problem only happens in the folder name change dialog - the new name is saved and later displayed correctly - i.e. it is just a small display issue in the dialog box.
