Convergence Upgrade - Calendar Tab Unavailable After Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a Convergence patch upgrade, the Convergence instance shows the Calendar tab in the sidebar, but selecting the tab does not result in a Calendar display.
- A dialog appears that says "The calendar service is not available. Please try again later".
- The sidebar's icon also shows a rounded triangle with "!"
This problem affects all users.
The only change that occurred was the patch upgrade.
