Work Queue Mgr not recording user acceptance of tasks for supplemented orders

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users finding that even though they are accepting tasks in their work queue, MSS is not writing a note stating the task was accepted.
This is happening with tasks belonging to orders that were supplemented.
1. Select a task for an order that was supplemented: the status in the work queue should read: SUP
2. Accept the task
3. Go to Service Request Notes: MSS did not generate a record of the acceptance.
This preempts certain auditing functions from working to follow and analyze performance in the task executions.
