Inconsistent Customer Center Behavior When Purchasing Products (Doc ID 1922128.1)

On 7.5 PS6, In Customer Center at the time of Purchasing the Deal, on 'Customize Product' screen we can define Purchase, Usage and Cycle Start and End Dates. By default the 'Never' check-box is checked, but when uncheck it the default dates are calculated as follows:
- Purchase End Date = now + 5 years;
- Cycle End Date = now + 1 month;
- Usage End Date = now + 1 month.

The default dates are inconsistent and can easily lead to a mistake. Product was purchased with Purchase End Date in year 2019, instead of expected one month validity. The expected by the customer behavior is to have all default End Dates calculated as now + 1 month.
