Symptoms
Unable to view Service Request Details (Order Notes) in Connection Design window for circuit created with EWO. The following message is displays when attempting to do so.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a circuit via EWO
2. Open the circuit in Connection Design
3. From the main menu, select Options > Service Request Detail and the "This action is not supported for Engineering Work Orders" message is displayed
