Exception Occurs When User Clicks Cancel Button on the Pat Customer Screen

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , Unexpected Exception occurs after clicking on cancel button on the PAT customer screen.
Instructions to Re-create:
1. Logon to Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS).
2. Add an item 1234 to Sell Item screen
3. Click on Item and change the quantity to 100 (Amount should be 10,000)
4. Click on Item.
5. Click on F9 More and F6 Pickup.
6. Enter customer ID
7. Click on Enter/Next.
8. Customer Confirmation screen displayed, click on "Yes".
9. Click on Enter/Next on pickup date and press Next screen.
10.Enter an item number screen is displayed with pickup date.
11.Click on Tender.
12.Click on Cash.
13.More Than Maximum Override cash tender limit screen is displayed. Click on Yes.
14.The tender amount is more than the maximum allowed for the selected tender.
Do you want to override the cash tender limit?
Press Yes to override.
Press No to return to the previous screen.
15.Security Access notice screen is displayed. Click on Yes.
16.Enter Manger user id and password. Click on Next. ( This is needed if the user does not have the right to do a manager override)
17.PAT Customer Information screen is displayed. In PAT Customer Information screen click on Cancel.
18.On Cancel Confirmation screen, click on Yes.
An unexpected exception occurred. Please contact your system administrator.
Press Enter to return to the previous screen.
