Symptoms
The NCC Upgrade Guide states the following to disable a RCA (Radius Control Agent) crontab job:
Stop the rca_get_read_count cronjob by commenting out the following line in the crontab:
rca_get_read_count
This is incorrect - such a line would be rejected in a user's crontab.
