Deal CNR Does Not Show All Line Details Related to the Deal (Doc ID 1922938.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM) 13.2.x, we observe that a credit note request (CNR) relating to a deal does not show all details associated with that deal.  It appears to show only the details relating to the primary location.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create a deal for item that is ranged to more than one store.
  2. Generate sales against one or more stores to activate the deal.

    Expected behavior: CNR is raised in ReIM; header detail is equal to lines detailed in document maintenance detail
    Actual behavior: CNR is raised in ReIM; header detail is NOT equal to lines detailed in document maintenance detail
