CTM Administration Not Allowing Validation, Update Or Commit Functionality after upgrade to IPSA 7.2.0 Patch 6 (Doc ID 1923171.1)

We have recently upgraded from IPSA release 5.2.4 to release 7.2.0 patch 6.

The following issue is being experienced in our 7.2 lab environment while testing functionality for the production upgrade.

Opening CTM administration ( Modules - Configuration Template - Administration) returns the list of all available CTMs but after opening one, clicking the validate or update button results in nothing happening. Similarly trying to add a new script and committing has no effect.

The scripts can however be executed (Modules - Configuration Template - Activation)

The upgrade notes make mention of exporting / importing CTMs to upgrade to version 4 but the imported CTM cannot be saved. This is where the validation error happens.
