OSM Administrator Connection Error: TNS-12538|SDP Protocol (Doc ID 1923200.1)

Goal

When user try to connect with OSM administrator version OSM 7.2.4.0.0 user receive the error listed bellow.

OSM is installed on exalogic platform and the connection string is with SDP.
From the error customer observe that OSM administrator is not working with the SDP protocol.

Is there any solution or an applicable workaround for this error in such way that we can also use SDP protocol and work also with OSM administrator.?

The OSM administrator log contains the following information:
