This document outlines steps to be followed when observing slow Store Inventory Management (SIM) User Interface performance and/or batch performance, caused by incorrect transaction timeout configuration or improper memory settings.

The following error is typically noted in the Server Log:

Error: javax.ejb.EJBException: Transaction Rolledback.; nested exception is:
weblogic.transaction.internal.TimedOutException: Transaction timed out after 32 seconds
