Central Office: Cannot Search for a Customer After Creating a New Customer With Special Pricing (Doc ID 1923649.1)

We receive the following error in Central Office (CO) when trying to search for a customer who has special pricing settings:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to CO.
  2. Create a new customer and select special pricing (e.g., Senior).
  3. Complete all fields and create the new customer.
  4. Select Customer tab.
  5. Search Customer by Customer ID.
  6. Enter Customer ID and click Search.
  7. Note the error above.
