Symptoms

We are attempting to filter spam, based on specific criteria.

We require a notification that would allow us to differentiate spam feedback, triggered by an email client's automatic junk mail filtering and spam feedback, triggered by direct user action (marking a message as spam).  Is it possible to do this?
