When clicking the Draft or Final link of a scheduled E2B on Case Form >> Regulatory Reports tab,
the E2B Viewer is unable to be opened by displaying the following error.

Description
Case <case#> is missing mandatory information.
The following element is a MANDATORY element and must contain data: SAFETYREPORTID.
Stored procedure: GENERATE_SAFETYREPORT

If Report Details is opened for the E2B report, the following message is recorded at the bottom field on the Report Details window.
