Cartridge Deployment Failed After Upgrade to OSM 7.2.4 (Doc ID 1924890.1)

Upgrade OSM 7.2.4

User trying to upgrade OSM to version 7.2.4 (OSM.7.2.4.Linux.V45858-01) on his local VM environment to start testing.
The User managed to successfully upgrade the Java version, WebLogic (10.3.6) components (ADF_11.1.1.7.0_V37382-01), OSM database (interim upgrade to 7.2.3.5), and OSM to 7.2.4 WebLogic and OSM components stared up fine.

They can build a cartridge without issues.

But when deploying, the following exception is raised:

In the following articles they found that it does not talk about error 112.

Doc ID 1510642.1. They did find an article for similar error (121) - and ensured that the default value is ticked in DS on the cartridge variables.

Where can user find information about this error?

Upgraded quite a few cartridges from 7.2.2. Only on some of the cartridges did they have this problem. If user have more info on the error, the user may be able to see what the cause this in the specific cartridges.
