Invalid Username/Password Error after restore of Demantra schema

Goal

Customer is on 7.3.0.1 and mentions that they are testing some changes to the Business Modeler system parameters. Before doing so, they exported the Demantra schema. Once they made the changes they would check them, change them accordingly, restore the Demantra schema backup, and bounce the Demantra server. They then noticed dm (and all other users) could not log in. They tried resetting the demantra schema password and it did not work. They were able to view the database tables via TOAD and looked to make sure the parameters which were changed had been entered correctly, and the format was correct but it appeared that the values had not changed, even after they had saved it. Ultimately, they decided to once again attempt to restore the schema export, from a time they knew the environment was healthy. After it re-imported, they noticed it did not work. They are getting the below error when trying to login as any user in either Collaborator Workbench or the Business Modeler :
